Cantilever Racking

Cantilever Gandolanew Cantilever racking is specially designed to store long or varying length items, such as metal beams, pipes, moulding, wooden board, metal and plastic sheets among other materials. The system basically consists of columns with a vertical beam and one or two horizontal beams at the base to provide stability. A series of arms is attached on which the load is placed, Loads may be handled manually when they are lightweight, or by using lift – trucks or other appropriate lifitng systems when heavy items are involved.

RitE offers a complete range of cantilever racking systems for the storage of long goods. For loads varying form 50 to 2500 kg per cantilever arm and for most types of long goods, an optimaised storage solution can be provided.

Typical long goods are metal and plastic tubes, wooden boards, hot rolled steel profiles. the construction is made of hot rolled steel profiles in various sizes.

  • The column and foot are welded or bolted together.
  • The cantilever racks can be used single or double-sided.
  • Column heights of up to 9 meter, perforated every 100mm (or 50mm optional).
  • Suitable for forklift and crane handling.
  • Ground guidance can be provided as an option.
  • The beams are bolted and adjustable per 100mm, corresponding with the sizes of the of the stored goods
